Qualification & Desired Competencies

Required Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field .
• At least 15 years of progressively senior experience, including leadership in program delivery, strategy development, and operations management .
• Proven track record in fundraising and securing significant multi-year donor commitments .
• Experience liaising with government stakeholders at senior levels (e.g., Principal Secretary, Commissioner) .
