Qualification & Desired Competencies
Required Qualifications
- A Master’s degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field .
- At least 15 years of progressively senior experience, including leadership in program delivery, strategy development, and operations management .
- Proven track record in fundraising and securing significant multi-year donor commitments .
- Experience liaising with government stakeholders at senior levels (e.g., Principal Secretary, Commissioner) .
